International Return Policy

We’ve made returning easy!

  • Not 100% satisfied with your recent Kyss Johanna purchase? We are happy to accept returns on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and order a new one.
  • If you purchased the item you want to return with a gift card, a new gift card with the purchase price of your item will be issued.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be worn, used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
  • If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie or earrings (unless your item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty).
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Refunds usually take 2 – 3 weeks to be received and processed. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.
  • Kyss Johanna offers free returns.
  • If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back and get a full refund.

Follow these easy steps to return an item

1. Re-pack your items with (labels and tags still attached) in an appropriate post package
2. Mark the package with return address within 14 days of receiving your item and send to:

3. Request for your shipment to be picked up by calling DHL Express Customer Service. You can find the phone number here!

You can also return your package through your DHL Express, It must be DHL EXPRESS. Don’t forget proof of postage! This is evidence you returned your items, in case something goes wrong.
